With regard to pay, we review our compensation and benefits regularly to ensure we are competitive within the industry and geographically. We also pride ourselves in offering opportunities to individuals early in their career giving them proper training to grow within the industry and in their career. Contrary to your comment regarding WFH being eliminated, this is inaccurate. We have made recent changes to our remote work policy in support of our culture of in-office collaboration, while still providing opportunities for associates to work from home when personal flexibility is needed. Every employee has different needs, and it is unrealistic to think we can meet all of them. However, we always try our best to make every employee feel valued and satisfied in their position. Lastly, Medpace does not promote or tolerate a culture of fear, intimidation, or bullying, therefore we recommend that you escalate these concerns to your line manager or HR Representative.
