Come in T2 as local will be a big lose out. How QQ get T3 rank? That is strange because many colleagues and I find that he doesn't know any of his work but simply he just good at praising bosses!

OT pay is roughly good, You can request for OT if you think your basic salary isnt much.

Decent and reasonably priced cafeteria food to keep you fed throughout the day and night. Large and recently equipped gym and a few other sports facilities. Many hobbies and interest groups available. Some flexible remote working options. You'd have everything you need to work hard.

Location is deep inside woodlands, along a busy and narrow Admiralty Rd W, making it time consuming to travel to even with all the available public transport and company shuttle bus services. Most teams have long working hours, and many mind boggling and technical heavy meetings to attend, learn from, discuss, and present at.

Micron's benefits (Paid time off, health insurance, dental, vision, 401k match, discounted meals) are second to none. I've not seen such generous benefits anywhere else.

Rotating shifts take a toll. Training is a bit lackluster and disorganized.
