What is the hiring process like at Miniso?

Strongly advise to never apply here. I was hired just to set up the shop before it opened and then myself and others were fired after a week with no notice. They had us doing manual labour for hours with no training in the middle of summer which was not mentioned at any point in the hiring process. You're expected to do excessive amounts of work for minimum wage and management constantly threatens you with failing your probationary period so everyone is afraid to call in sick. All of this said by the same manager that came into the store on opening day hungover and left a few hours in!!!
