Top management is completely disconnected, completely client centric. Work day and night without hope of getting hike and surprisingly people are working.

Remote and hybrid work options but no option to work from office for many accounts if resource wants to work from office.

No salary revision for 3 years in a row making tough to motivate employees. Bench policy is not good with just 1 month salary and then on sabbatical Shift allowance policy is not good

Worst Management politics. Manager Ego issues. Insulting senior employees. Slavery. Very heavy work pressure extending at night. Even if you work hard they focus only on your mistakes. Bureaucracy. If u r in good team u r lucky otherwise u r dead. HR is like a dummy toy used by manager for cover up.

Job security 90% In case if one project gets shut down, they ll try to see if u fit in another project by conducting small round of interview.

Internal employees are not given any hike. There were many tenured people who havent got any hike for last 3-4 years. But they had to move to different projects due to shut down of the business.
