Job security 90% In case if one project gets shut down, they ll try to see if u fit in another project by conducting small round of interview.

Cons

Bad cafeteria Work pressure on customer support To get leaves is hard No night allowances They were not ready to retain, by giving a hike, but they can pay higher package and hire from external. Internal employees are not given any hike. There were many tenured people who havent got any hike for last 3-4 years. But they had to move to different projects due to shut down of the business. No long lasting projects in the BPO. No other employee benefits. Bias is seen
