Pros
perks and benefits (which are they're reducing day by day and cost-cutting), pretty chill for upper management positions
Cons
understaffed, still laying off and cost-cutting for I don't know what reasons, inducing a fear-based culture, negative environment, the staff being overworked and burnt-out, the worst work-life balance that I've ever seen, insensitive and apathetic people in the management, inhumane, exploiting freshers at entry-level, executives and associates. There is no overtime or variable pay at my position regardless of the extra hours and efforts that were required to put in, along with sleepless days and nights, days where I've had to put in 18-20 hours of work or rather forced to.
