      Business Outlook

      Pros

Flexibility in work scheduling, especially after covid. The ability to work from anywhere gave me more freedom to travel to see family and still accomplish my work. Work-life balance was always strong, with managers ensuring we were out at 5. The company does offer generally good benefits.

      Cons

For a Fortune 500 company, we would frequently here there are issues with budgeting which lead to necessary firings to ensure departments were not overspending. I was let go due to this process of mismanagement. Though the benefits were generally good, if you were not actively fighting to become part of management, pay was fairly low for modern NJ standards.
