What is the salary like at NTT DATA?

Excellent work culture, great pay, great management, excellent benefits

I've experienced none so far

great company , salary good ,mangers great , work from home ,

nothing I can say that is cons

They offer good career opportunity, benefits like parking (depending on your position) and health insurance for you and your family, they offer a range of bonus based on your position (there is a limit).

Most part of these benefits are discounted from your salary, unfortunately they don't offer good salaries, however the atmosphere is very friendly and good.

Lots of flexibility and relatively good pay for people starting off their careers. Good PTO Good work life balance

Instability with role. 85% billability target but they count PTO AND any general US holiday against it (Christmas counts against billability and you can't work on it either)
