      Great pay, work life balance, and generally "chill" culture. We get off of work at 4pm everyday and I can wfh 3 days a week.

      Cons

      Can be hard to get ahold of people due to chill work environment, and promotions are often based on seniority, not necessarily performance. You have to do your time to get promoted.
