Decent pay once OT is factored in but you're also spending a minimum of 49 hours working while being at the office 55+ hours a week not including commute because remote work is the enemy and not one of the jobs can be done remotely. Culture is nice if you like frat house environment, gym bro culture, and locker room talk. If you dislike minority groups the Talent Acquisition team will actually elevate your position and allow you to talk freely about your political views and how much you wish a certain candidate was in office to cleanse America. Final Pro would definitely be how everyone is always on edge and attentive because there is no job security here so work output and tension at an all time high always.

They don't learn from the bad reviews or bad business model because to them it is not a bad business model, it's one that they've found that they could thrive in and will not change or adapt.
