Brand standards keep changing. Rather than train you on how to do things properly, managers are constantly correcting your mistakes. They don't let you keep tips. There is a lot of plastic trash, and a lot of wasted food that we aren't allowed to donate to food banks. When we express our concerns to management about a potentially unsanitary working environment and desire for better pay and benefits, we get told not to talk about it and then we get fired. People would come to work sick because they were desperate for the money, but it's a food service environment!
