Good benefits, annual leave, pension, car allowance, Global leadership has a good philosophy that needs to trickle down to the rest of the organization

Some managers play favorite and this affects growth prospects. HR in my station was not supportive of the associates

Advice to Management

Put in place better structures on Reward and Recognition in place and talent development to avoid the effect of favoritism or unfair compensation schemes based only n HRs input. Yuo are losing a lot of good talent.
