      Not any that I can think of.

      Cons

      Zero support from management, every issue is blamed on the quality department, pay is half of what it should be. No pay raise if you don't kiss management behind, expected to do production jobs for a third of the pay. Too many cons to list

      They don't lay off, so you don't have to worry about losing your job

      Cons

      Pay is just enough for family essentials unless you are in leadership/management, growth opportunity, no pay per performance, leadership.

      A lot of favoritism Can find yourself dealing with a lot of racism within the company because of the nature of so many plants being in rural areas Lack of diversity especially in management roles

      - management is a mess - work life balance - unpaid overtime - expected to work through lunch - some work flexibility is in place but is frowned upon if you use it - location - lucky to get a yearly review
