      Great Culture

      Business Outlook

      Pros

You will work amongst smart, driven and kind colleagues. The feedback culture is deeply engrained and enforced. If you want to make a difference you can.

      Cons

To advance you will need to have honest conversations and whether you may be promoted can be hindered by internal processes that are out of your hand. Additional benefits are less than at other companies specifically reimbursement of public transportation or of gym/sport

Above average pay and benefits, if you're ok with processes and hierarchy

      Business Outlook

      Pros

The pay and benefits are well above market rate. Although business is not as strong as it once was, I can see the company’s efforts to compensate employees in different ways—such as flexible benefits and additional holidays—to keep staff satisfied. They also care about employee feedback and well‑being by sending surveys, offering workshops for improvement, and welcoming suggestions.

      Cons

Speaking only for my department, the approval process can be overwhelming and often seems unproductive. A minor deliverable has to go through several departments and managers for approval and agreement, which can feel very micromanaged at times. It can wear down employees’ passion over time.

      Amazing

      Pros

Great team. Supportive and fun. Opportunity to grow and be rewarded. You get out as much as you put in. Incredible benefits and pension scheme

      Cons

covering others in the team when they are sick/holiday can be a lot - sometimes spread thin but it’s works and you know you can take time off if needed

      Experience depends on team/manager

      Pros

Great comp and benefits, really interesting work

      Cons

Experiences differ based on who leads your team/project. Some were great and easy, others dragged with very long hours.
