They also care about employee feedback and well‑being by sending surveys, offering workshops for improvement, and welcoming suggestions.

Speaking only for my department, the approval process can be overwhelming and often seems unproductive. A minor deliverable has to go through several departments and managers for approval and agreement, which can feel very micromanaged at times. It can wear down employees’ passion over time.

covering others in the team when they are sick/holiday can be a lot - sometimes spread thin but it’s works and you know you can take time off if needed
