Cons
Lack of company strategy, shadow leadership doesn't communicate well to staff and prioritizes investors over employees, always on culture (everything is an emergency), expectation to work late across multiple time zones, you progress well if you are very pro-mission, pro-everything-about-the-company and live and breathe it. Performance and progression management process is quite poor and raises are non-existent for multiple years. A lot of staff reductions due to overhiring or due to share price concerns.
