What are perks and other benefits like at Parsons Corporation?

The benefits are good except for tuition reimbursement. Work life balance is okay.

What can I say? Incompetence abounds. Lacks leadership. No direction. No mentorship. I've been spinning my wheels here for over a year now. This is a dead end job. The work is not interesting. There is not much learning otj because there is no leadership on the projects to learn from. Also, there is a group of legacy employees here who gatekeep all their skills and experience and don't work well with others, especially if you're new. I have lost all my enthusiasm for this place and basically just show up for a paycheck. IT is a hot mess and so is physical security. I think some of the security people are quiet quitting because getting them to do anything is like pulling teeth.
