What is a typical working day like at PwC?

At PwC, my work-life balance was generally positive. The company maintained structured support hours and encouraged clear communication and ticket handovers, which helped manage workload efficiently.

During peak business periods, especially in audit season, the number of support tickets could spike, making it a bit overwhelming to manage within shift hours.

Leave policy is good and shift allowances is good

Work culture and compensation is bad

Good progression if you can pick thing up fast and willing to learn

Long working hours, no day no night

Quality of work - not interesting or challenging, gets mundane after a point as it's doing the same thing for newer clients, Slow Growth in pay and responsibilities, Uninspiring middle management, Poor peer network, Terrible work hours (Late night work is common when project gets delayed, which happens with almost every project as sales team over-commit timelines to get the projects)

A lot of Learning and a good working environment.

Too much pressure and as a graphic designer you dont do much of designing. I was told that it would be rotational shift but it has been night shift since the day i joined.

Micromanagement, the process was not aligned, way too much compliance.

They pay decently well but could be better for amount of work

You will literally work till 2-3am every night during busy season
