Extremely corporate, you spend a lot of time in trainings and listening to useless mandatory webcasts, your quality of work life is only as good as your team is, very standard growth progression (i.e., most people will move up the ladder at the same rate), amount of employees means that you get lost amongst others, easy burnout rates

Great work environment, great pay, and a lot of learning opportunities.

There were a lot of great trainings, but not so many opportunities to help out with real clients.

Everything else. They expect the impossible when it comes to meeting deadlines. They make promises to clients regarding project completion times and severely understaff the project and expect the Associates and Sr. Associates to work 60 hours a week to compensate for the lack of resources. Terrible management team with little to no experience of what the project demands are and they have zero tolerance when it comes to getting suggestions or solutions that they did not come up with. Absolutely terrible culture as they make you feel like a prison inmate as opposed to a valuable resource.

Interesting work, good flexibility and work-life balance, trusted and given ownership, generally consensus-based culture, people are mostly reasonable and nice, pay is decent when you consider you the work-life balance and flexibility

Can be a lot of process to follow at times, progression can be slow, pay hasn't always matched inflation
