      Pros

Diversity, growth, hybrid working, no dress code

      Cons

Associates level are seem to be underpaid

Great experience but easy to fall through the cracks

      Former employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Large amount of extra curricular groups you can join -Nice office with good amenities around it - Large volume of age ranges so easy to find people you can relate with - Relaxed attitude to dress code if you're in software. I can't speak for other areas.

      Cons

      - Bench culture means you could spend many months off a project, and skill fade sets in. - Ambiguous around what they actually do. - Standard Corporate culture gripes i.e. A new throw away slogan that defines every aspect of the firm, and then is changed in 2 years time. - Unless you have a specific aim from being here, you can feel neglected, and very mismanaged. - Will attempt to pull "secret redundancies" during mass layoffs, and ask that you not tell clients, management, or fellow employees.
