Most people who work for Randstad don't seem to understand they're a placement agency and don't consider contractors as employees. This makes getting information about sick time, benefits and other information critical to employment very difficult.

I've worked here almost 5 years; they don't just say they care about work life balance, they show it. No micro-managing, no guilt trips for needing time off (even for mental health days). Good benefits and PTO policy; They're enthusiastic and supportive about personal growth and internal mobility; Lots of Business Resource Groups

Like any corporation/business, navigating the current business environment is stressful. Cuts have to be made, but even in this, they seem to try and be fair; And they're actively working on salary transparency

It's a good place to work, you get lots of free training and are left to manage yourself. The pay is nice and you get good benefits.

It's hard to create a good work-life balance if you aren't neurotypical and the clients can sometimes be quite difficult.

The hourly rate is pretty good, but that's all.

No benefits and no PTO which is common with contracts. Onboarding was horrible and disorganized. I wasn't clearly informed about holidays, sick time, or other benefits I was actually supposed to be given for the company I was contracted out to.
