What is working from home like at Red Hat?

Sometimes things are getting stuck, a lot of different opinions and variance because working on open source projects, sometimes redundant extra bureaucracy

It's good when it comes to some work from home flexibility

Red Hat Support especially in India is probably one of the worst places to work at. Be it office politics or low budget. The company gives remote to former employees but not to new ones. The company will have budget for everything such as team building activities or reimbursement of wfh equipment or travel. But when it comes to support, such facilities are only made available to you if you are a senior manager or above. RSU are so reserved one has to give blood only to be considered. The worst part is, it's evident only in India. When you discuss this with your global peers OR other functions of Red Hat, they laugh at you. The culture for support does not exist, pays penuts and the burnout is not worth it
