      Okay pay Outside Lots of opportunities for overtime Other posties were nice Good pension scheme and great benefits

      Massive workload that is impossible to do within working hours Was not given a van despite being told I was going to get one Outside in all weathers No easy access to toilets 27000 steps a day (for a short route) Pay too little for the level of work they expect No longer get in contractors/ seasonal staff to help during busy periods

      Great people, supportive managers, good benefits, decent pay.

      Cons

      RM got rid of actual FTEs and pretended to fill them with useless agencies leaving each employee with around 3 different roles in one. Everything was urgent, I was extremely stressed every day. Lots of red tape. Disorganised. Terrible communication from the top.
