Does Rush University Medical Center offer malpractice insurance?

Work from home and great department

Only some holidays off and in my opinion, not as competitive with pay but if becoming more transparent, insurance takes a lot out

big healthcare system, dedicated coworkers, decent insurance,

not great support, everyone is burnt out, insurance doesnt start until first of the month AFTER 30 days (so if you start july 6, you won't have insurance until september 1), all time off comes from same "bucket," including PTO, sick days, holidays

The research study I worked with, was absolutely dreadful. The manager's were a nightmare, malicious and had unnecessary huge egos, that did not promote a healthy work environment Extremely unorganized, no structure; and management will shift blame on assistants Coworkers were very lazy/rude and did just enough to convince management of otherwise Pay is terrible for what they ask of you and only willing to pay minimum wage with degree(s)! Not remote or " hybrid " as initially told Insurance was terrible and you have to pay for parking Also each study is different and has a different PI, but the particular study I worked with was awful; tread with caution

Upward mobility, benefits, and community.

Low pay, insurance doesn't cover as much as you think a hospital would.

Location, recognition, comparable pay, safety

Parking, ratios, budget, hours, employer insurance
