What is working from home like at SharkNinja?

      SharkNinja reviews

      Extremely toxic

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Mississauga, ON
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

You get free product and get to work from home

      Cons

Management sets the tone for culture, which is why is so toxic. They take everything from you, and give nothing.

      Contract Marketing Manager

      Marketing manager
      Former contractor
      London, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Contract was extended from 3 months Was able to work from home 5 days a week, rarely going to the office Worked with some really great people in the business Big budgets to work with across the business Cool products especially on the Ninja side of the business

      Cons

Contract was often extended very last minute, which can be stressful. Lots of 're-org' changes in my time there, with many people let go. No benefits included for contract staff, but are treated like full time. Can be hard to move projects along due to lack of resource, specifically in the design/studio teams. Not enough time built in for launches of new products, resulting in fragmented launches and a panicked 'this isn't working' response. Lots of agencies used for almost everything, felt like project management vs marketing.

      Mixed experience

      Customer service agent
      Former employee
      Leeds, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Work from home/hybrid Manager at the time was a very supportive woman Good work equipment

      Cons

Low pay Lack of progression Too many meetings that could be an email
