You often get micromanaged against your own good will, even sometimes to do both sides of a problem and then get in trouble for doing 1 or the other. You are expected to understand where to go without pause and be focused on the customer regardless of anything.

There are a lot of benefits offered, employees are mostly nice. You get a 30 minute break as long as you work an extra half hour.

Badly understaffed, which causes stressful situations and wait times for food as well as low worker morale. My manager in particular expects more from my team, which makes being new feel like I shouldn’t be there at all. It’s bad if even supervisors don’t like their job, supervisors also have to work 10 hours and don’t get a half hour break. Many customers can be nice, but the rude ones are extra mean. The training was also very poor and was not comprehensive enough. They also expect you to know where everything is before getting any real tour of the store you work at.
