I have been working at Sheetz part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I absolutely love this company. Management at my store especially is very good, my GM is the best! I recommend this company to everyone.

The work is challenging but in a good way, you are very rarely bored when you work at sheetz.

    Cons

None of the cons of working for sheetz can be blamed on the company.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I have been working at Sheetz full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are awesome and premiums are reasonable. The pay is better than comparable jobs in the area.

    Cons

It never closes. Ever. Holidays, bad weather, doesn’t matter. There’s a good chance you’ll end up living there if people call off.

I have been working at Sheetz part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I can only speak for myself as a student, but Sheetz is very flexible in your hours and scheduling. They also provide tuition for people who work at least 16 hours a week. Work with diverse age groups and they like to create a family atmosphere at stores for their employees.

    Room for advancement.

    Cons

    Unmotivated workers (sometimes).
Understaffed can lead to stressful shifts.

    Advice to Management

Most management I've worked with has been great.
