Great pay, good benefits, work from home three days a week, lots of slow days

Limited learning opportunities, party culture

Worked with my availability and always had hours available to be worked in case schedule changes in my home life

Poor management neglectful district manager favoritism with supervisors and other associates and they pick and choose what policies to uphold

Really enjoyed the incentives like christmas bonuses and when we had competitions with other stores to compete for airpods

If you're in a management position of any kind there isn't much wiggle room for home life unless you have an understanding boss/staff

close to home, easy to ask for time off.
