-Benefits are decent, starting vacation time is 3 weeks, plus a week of sick
- Pay is fair and is reviewed every so often by a 3rd party company to make sure you are the standard rate for your title and area
- Many opportunities for growth especially if you are willing to relocate
- Park level employees are friendly and generally get along well
Cons
- Corporate is extremely unorganized and lacks communication
- Re-org happens often so the possibility of being laid off within a few years is high
- Decisions are being made for park level operations by people who have never or haven’t worked at the park level for a very long time and are out of touch with real life situations and scenarios.
