Pros
There are great employees that are smart, loyal, innovative and extremely adaptable. Hybrid work. Great location for easy errands over lunch. Great training product and trainers.
Cons
The CEO is stuck in her ways, out of touch with employees and rewards "yes" men. Loyalty to coworkers is mistaken for company loyalty. No attention to culture or valuing employees. When the standard pay is too low and the benefits are dwindling, It would be wise to invest in boosting morale. That doesn't mean awkward company lunch.
