went smoothly. and could do it remote. The questions were more geared toward how you would handle situations and communication. It was 30-mins. There wasn't a followup that was promised in the interview but that was probably due to my willingness to come into an office setting in a hybrid role
- How I handle working remote with my supervisors and team.

The conversation was very casual and they got to know me as a person. They genuinely seemed interested in my experience and expertise. They did not ask specifics about my portfolio.

An audition recorded in Zoom is needed in addition to resume. They provide a sample audition video that is very helpful. Their response time to employment inquires is very fast.
- What do you like most about training? How do you handle difficult questions from participants? How do you keep audience engaged?

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SkillPath (Mission, KS) in Feb 2018
I felt Comfortable, 2 men 1 woman, the woman looked like she could beat all of the men up, yet she seemed smart fierce and the men seemed highly intelligent, however I could tell the older man was definitely a Porsche driver and probably voted for Hillary. was obviously from out of state or lived in mission KS. I enjoyed the interview however feared I might be challenged by the fierce looking female into a push up contest, being from the millennial generation I almost broke into tears, I was then pleased that the other male in the room. "The Rugged hipster" asked me some extremely intelligent questions, I then bragged about my background in sales, and they all seemed to cheer in harmony, i was shocked that they broke out into a dance and lifted me up onto the shoulders. "The fierce looking woman did most of the lifting" However you could tell they were a team and as you know ... There is no I in Team.. but now there is ME. I was really impressed by the dancing, they must practice often. The Porsche driver who clearly was not from the Midwest and wise in his years danced so well he actually cut the rug. not just saying it.. he rose like fancey fierce peacock that was feed tigers milk broke into a solo slapping his hands and putting on a round black hat with bells and did a magnificent samba. and that is when i knew for sure... he was not from the mid west.. and he really did cut the rug. long story short, cut rug , i got the job, the hipster just shook his head, the female gladiator did some sorta back flip sword ninja thing.
- Why do you want to work here

There was never a formal interview. An "audition" video was submitted, based on the video they determine whether they would like to see more & invite you to certification. Certification is essentially a week long interview. Everyday you will do presentations related to the class they are thinking of starting you on. In addition to the presentations you also learn about the company and meet everyone you will be corresponding with on a regular basis. You find out whether you pass 2-3 weeks afterwards. If you pass then they start to schedule you.
- There was no formal interview; instead it was you demostrating you could teach.

Started the process by applying online to SkillPath Corporate. that was followed up with phone interview. After the initial review, I had to provide a 5-8 minute training video to them after phone interview. They watched the video, then set up a live training, using part of their instruction manual. This was done via Skype to a board of 3 interviewers. After the training, there was a Q&A session, then the board members deliberated my strengths and weaknesses and called me back to make the offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SkillPath (Mission, KS)
Most of the interview consisted of the recruiter telling me how great the company is. She mentioned that teamwork isn't really encouraged for the role, which I thought was odd. I was also told that they don't value training needs assessments and evaluation since there isn't usually time to do them. She told me the salary range, and then said "probably more on the lower end of what I just told you."
- Do you have any questions for me?

Well - I actually never applied. I was contacted by a recruiter. We had over an hour long conversation about the company, she was passionate about the company and the direction it was going. The first and only interview was really quick. We had a panel type interview with the sales manager. So another candidate and I both sat in a room, and we "round-robin" answered her questions. We both end up getting the position, and they offered us the role within 24 hrs.
- Just basic sales type questions. Nothing that isn't too difficult for someone to figure out.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SkillPath
After after sending my resume I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. The questions asked were basic questions to gauge experience and see if I was a potential fit. The recruiter set up an in person interview with a sales manager. You may have to do a panel interview with other applicants but they let you know that there are multiple positions available and that you aren't in competition with each other for a single job. The interview was easy going and not as tense as I was expecting.
- What do you enjoy most about the sales process?
