      Pros

Great starting pay, good benefits and great perks. Can be a great atmosphere depending on your store manager.

      Cons

Performance metrics are a bit ridiculous and counter intuitive. Commission structure lacks balance as marketing is not geared towards stores.

      Pros

Good Pay, ability to self promote to a certain degree, great benefits like free cable, 401K with match, RAP, health insurance, Out of the office and in the community.

      Cons

Even though you’re on your own in the field, you’re still micromanaged. Different departments are forbidden from communicating with each other. Lack of communication with no obvious SOP, no real direction other than profit. Toxic, micromanaging corporate culture.

      Cons

For the customer service account management role, they will initially hire you as a mobile billing rep, then 6 months later change your job to “Account Managment” which is where you will have to go back to training and learn how to handle servicing the needs of Cable, internet and landline customers as well for the same pay as mobile only. Also they have been known to lay you off or fire you for no reason or misconduct.

      Pros

The company provides great benefits like insurance, vacation time, sick time, travel and expenses reimbursements, and usually free lunch most of the days. 99% of the people you work with are smart, professional, and friendly. They also help a lot if you're unsure about something that's new to you. My boss is one of the best bosses I've ever worked for. Work-life balance is amazing. 3 days in office, 2 at home. No OT, paid holidays. Vacation time accrues quickly. It's really nice and it's one of the main reasons I haven't looked for a new job. But pay isn't enough soooo.

      Cons

Pay is great if this is your first job out of college or if you live in a cheap area. But living in Orange County, CA - the pay isn't enough. Also, the company has gone through 2 re-structures nationwide in the last year, and teams are being split and leaders are being laid off. My work is no longer the same - it's boring now and I feel like I'm going to be doing a lot more administrative work from now on. Time to look for a new job. With the whole restructure, promotions are being put on hold. I was supposed to lead a new category in 2024, but that's no longer the case.
