What is the retirement plan like at SunTrust?

Pros

SunTrust has good employee retention, the branch I worked at had the same workers for over 5 years. The benefits are also very nice, 401k match up to 6%, and there are numerous ways to lower monthly health insurance premiums. Pay is decent and there is opportunity to bonus

Cons

Only got a 30 minute lunch break, felt like for the amount of work that it should have been longer, like 45 minutes. But apparently that is up to the discretion of the branch location and if you take a longer lunch, you have to make up the hours by staying longer/coming in earlier

The benefits are also very nice, 401k match up to 6%, and there are numerous ways to lower monthly health insurance premiums.
