      Pros

Our company has a great benefits and offers, as well as the environment is very friendly.

      Cons

Consistency when it comes to scheduling interview for applicant.

Great Company Vision. Your colleagues? Not much

      Pros

The company has great benefits and seems to care about their employees' mental health conditions (probably)

      Cons

HR policies are disorganized. My friends reported that their trainers/supervisors/qa mocked their mental health condition which is very disappointing for an "employee first" company.

      Pros

      Good benefits: health insurance, 401k

      Cons

Terrible team leads. If they don't like you, you will be falsely accused of wrongdoing despite proof to the contrary. Disputing said accusations only results in further retaliatory action and dismissal.

      Pros

The payment was always on time. Never had any issues or discrapancies. Also the type of work is WFM only. You get WFH compensation to cover your electricity and internet expenses.

      Cons

Management is slow in passing the information to other teams and often sends the instruction at the last minute. Tasks that you do are not only your role’s key reaponsibilities, but you will also do tasks that should be handled by other departments. In general the work load was always high. Benefits include only private health insurance, and there are no ophtalmologyst appointments though it should be covered by company as per the law. There is no transparancy if your project is being closed. They will assure you they have a plce for you on another project just to give you some hope and make sure you will deliver until the last day on the project. All of the sudden they’ll tell you there are 0 opportunities within the company and leave you hanging + try not to follow the process as per your country’s law so make sure to check everything carefully before signing anything. In general, would not recommend.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Different work environments depending on the campaign. New experiences, room for growth (sometimes) Prompting wellbeing as a whole. Support is advertised

      Cons

When a new employee comes in they inform you there are learning and growth opportunities, what they don't tell you is there are not a lot of opportunities - these opportunities depend on clients signing up with this company and your job relies on the client being happy with this company. Each campaign is different - how strict they are with time, the management styles (toxic, friendly, etc), and the environment you walk into. Going from one campaign to another is not just learning about the new campaign/company you are working with, but also navigating new social situations alongside doing your job Leadership is very reactive instead of proactive - doesn't tell you what you did wrong until you've done it wrong Training is sometimes not complete and very much a sink or swim. While there is PTO/UTO the health benefits are bad (they don't pay anything into it, and you pay the full amount - this is not normal, and it means more than 10% of your paycheck is going towards a basic plan)

      Pros

Company culture is incredibly supportive and engaging. The team and management are very friendly. Workplace perks create an enjoyable environment. Employee engagement activities are excellent. Career growth opportunities are very clear.

      Cons

The HMO network of partner hospitals is limited. Claiming and approval processes are difficult. Dealing with the health insurance provider is a hassle. Some partner hospitals cause confusion with iCare claims Coverage is sometimes not clearly explained.

      Cons

      - health insurance for employees was changed (but not for the better) - salary allowance was also updated (they will now deduct your allowance if you incur absences), not to mention the salary is already not fit for the industry standard (given the inflation) - no improvement on other benefits
