What is the retirement plan like at TaskUs?

Task us has an inclusive culture with good benefits (free meals, healthcare retirement program), growth opportunities, and innovation making it great for experience.

None so far. i can't see any cons right now

I'm grateful with the opportunity working at TaskUs. There's a lot of reasons to be grateful for, free lunch, points that can be used to redeem snacks on a weekly basis, and of course the Retirement benefit is really something that I look forward to in the future.

My co-worker were mostly very nice.

Arbitrary management, super high turnover rate, unfilled promises regarding compensation, poor 401K, will not pay out earned time off if not used before separation regardless of reason, unclear expectations regarding work performance. Company does not live up to expectations presented at hiring regarding compensation nor company culture.

The company is starting to resemble the typical BPO culture. It used to be a great place to work, but management seems to be losing the strong leadership it once had.

Most leaders have very poor emotional management despite promoting emotional intelligence as one of the company's core values

Once you're in a good account that offers good compensation-- TaskUs seems to be really an ideal company for multiple reasons: free lunch. annual increase. retirement benefits and many more

The no clearing period for NTE is just the only cons that I could think of but I think it's really controllable and workable in some sense.

The ability to work at the comfort of my home is ridiculously good. The retirement benefits, HMO and all.

No Cons with the work setup itself.
