What is the hiring process like at TaskUs?

The management is very supportive, hiring process is easier compare to other BPO out there. Also love the inclusivity and diversed culture of the company.

None so far. Everything seems fine after 2 months of staying here.

As they stated, I was a former employee of TaskUs Fort Excellence and was a "BPO virgin" so I don't know the ins and outs of this industry, considering this is also my first job. The hiring process was smooth, interviewers were very kind and accommodating to their applicants and will keep you updated regarding the status of your application. I was lucky enough to be a part of a great team. They embodied "teamwork" really well, to add my first Team Leader is very competent in her role and was also a consistent part of the top-performing Team Leaders. Hence, our team consistently performed well in our campaign. Although I have parted ways with them for over a year and a half already. I will always be thankful for the skills they have instilled in me, the drive, and the passion to be the employee that I wanted to be.

Company politics as always. Operations manager were always nagging to be able to deliver but the campaign couldn't depend on him. Can't negotiate the stand of his teammates to clients.

Little communication prior to day 1 onboarding

Hiring process is somewhat fast compare to other company and recruitment team is always notifying you about the progress of the employment. BCP is very helpful in attending the concerns of teammates when there is storm making sure that we are all safe and provided all the assistance.

ID processing took almost 2 to over 3 weeks and ended up always lining up for the Training Id which took up so much time especially if in a rush. Food forward is very much appreciated but the rotation or variety of menu and most importantly the quality (taste) and quantity should be improved.

Communication with the vendor can sometimes be fragmented

The transition from the series of interview to work offer was very swift. The job recruitment POC is very responsive. Overall hiring process was smooth and fast.

Understanding this senior management role concerns only a few employees which can be the reason why there is an observable opportunity in the work onboarding post the CVQ (company onboarding training). Minor issue on 1st month salary discrepancy between contract offer and gross compensations (before deductions).

I recommended four candidates to different BPO companies, but I've received feedback from them that the recruitment process is very slow to provide updates. For example, one of the candidates waited two months just to receive an update, and another has yet to be contacted by anyone from the company.
