      Pros

The Amenities vs. Competitors: Compared to traditional BPOs, the facilities really are leagues better. Having an on-site gym, decent sleeping quarters, and actually edible free lunch makes a huge difference when working grave shifts. The Vibe: People are generally very welcoming. There is a genuine attempt by leadership to make the environment feel less corporate and rigid. The dress code is relaxed, and teammates support each other. Pay & Benefits: The salary is competitive for the BPO industry in this region, and the HMO coverage for dependents is solid.

      Cons

None that I can think of right now.

      Pros

Free Meals (often 5x a week), Birthday Leave, good HMO/Wellness programs (free therapy). "Chill" & relaxed culture (no strict dress code, "Be Ridiculous" value. Offers benefits like life insurance, healthcare coverage, and even scholarship grants for employees' children (based on performance). The way the company took care of their team mates, especially during natural calamities, including the employee's immediate family and pets.

      Cons

Low Basic Salary compared to other top BPOs, including low incentive scheme plan. Meal quality - While free, the quality and cleanliness of the food have been criticized by some employees. Cascading of schedule models and transitioning to new shifts seemed "too rushed". I believe that effective change management requires transparency, adequate notice, especially for shift changes (at least 1-2 weeks notice).
