What is working from home like at TaskUs?

Task Us is a company that lets its employees work from home, and like other companies, it has its own pay and benefits system

Decent wages, decent paid time off, decent benefits, great that it is work from home.

Slightly lower pay, can get let go quickly if over hiring, downsizing, etc. like any BPO.

They were good at start now can not think of a single things other than work from home.

-- Bad upper management only taking salary but doing nothing at all. - do not listen to logical issues present in process just keep putting the employee down instead. - increase working hours with increasing pay. - you have no say at all - Low payment - No facilities - Useless insurance and low coverage too You would be able to use it. -Unrealistic expectations - Incompetent Leaders, not able to make correct strategies or decisions.

They have work from home set up which gives opportunities for people who are not capable of working on site. And giving the same opportunity to grow thru academy and trainings.

The pros are that you can work from home, and your colleagues and managers are easy to approach. Plus, it's easy to file a leave and convertable SL credits.

The cons are no career growth. No salary increase. If there is one, it is only 3% of your basic salary. If you get a chance to be promoted then the increase will only be up to your allowance then if you get demoted the allowance will also be removed. Other than that, even though we work from home, you have to open the camera on your computer, which I think is part of the micromanagement. TaskUs is good for beginners only and also you can take this company as your training ground in a BPO world.

The company offers work from home setup, hopefully they can also provide a delivery of assets for those whose home is hours away from the office, Especially when needed a hardware replacement. Leave maybe auto approved in the system when filed, but you should have your IS approval first because they limit the number of leaves per week for the 'billables' cause we're lack of members in our LOB. When use the Sick/Unplanned Leave, your allowance will also be deducted. Low salary compared to other companies offer,
