      The staff in the store are friendly, and you'll get along with them easily. You are given support in moving up from a colleague to shift leader.

      Cons

      The payment plan for 2024 involves starting their new pay rate of £12.02 basic pay from the 28th April. This exploits a legal loophole of payment reference period, allowing the company to pay colleagues the basic £11.02 until said date. The Guardian has since written an article on this.
