      Unsustainable

      Shift leader
      Current employee
      Hinckley, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good pay with competitive benefits and pension plans. Commute is easy.

      Cons

Extremely understaffed, leading to quite ridiculous expectations. Work-life balance is absolutely terrible. Always coming back stressed or on edge of what management thinks.

      Absolutely awful

      Current employee

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

      Good one, that was funny

      Cons

Bad pay, overworked, never any staff meal left, management would honestly be better packing it in for all the good they do, CEO is a narcissist who thinks he deserves a 300% bonus but the rest of us get 1.5%, do not take this job unless you absolutely have to

      Good benefits

      Former employee

      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits, flexibility, pay is great with time and a half on bank hols and Sundays

      Cons

Management could be awful at times. Reason I left.

Great, but childcare will kill the career

      Head of product management
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great company, great pay, culture, good learning opportunities for those willing to learn/ grow.

      Cons

Childcare, after ML, killed my growing and flourishing career. This is very much manager driven culture though. Most of the leadership team is very supportive but I was caught in a vicious circle of constant nagging, when taking time off for childcare. Most surprisingly, I was rated down in the year where I was high performer for 1st half but on ML for 2nd half of the year.

      Quite Good
