      Pros

Amazing Team and Managers who are all extremely supportive and professional. Work with incredible managers and incredible talent. Good pay with great benefits and equity package.

      Cons

Rapidly changing systems and procedures almost daily or weekly. Must be prepared to forget what you knew and learn the new way at all times. Constant worry of layoffs. Much more pros than cons an honestly my favorite job to date, but leadership from top executives is a mess.
