      Business Outlook

      Pros

Benefits & stock programs Passion driven work culture Constantly evolving environment High sense of community

      Cons

Lower pay for expected work Feels like a start-up, though operates like a large corporation (chaos) Some management lacks true leadership Lack of communication leaves you often stuck on a project Minimal growth, will convince you opportunity is present but will not follow through Depending on department, very frequent shifting of schedules to accommodate business demands, including randomly being moved to night shift for a week then going back on day shift. Or promising a specific shift but moving you around with minimal notice.

      Pros

      - Looks good on resume - Interesting projects - Team leads are generally friendly and easy to work with - Secure facility - Steady Hours - Flex time (9:00 - 9:30 start time) - Extremely diverse groups of people

      Cons

      - The pay - Vacation time can be blocked even with months of notice - Vacation/sick time will be stripped in cases of emergencies outside of work (mom in hospital, etc.) - Leadership treats team members like trash - Will raise expectations over night and instantly put employees on pip to justify immediate layoffs and deter unionizing - Skills learned internally can't be applied elsewhere due to NDA and the software being all inhouse - Attendance = Performance review score - 'Good Performance' is impossible to attain (3/5 = excellence, 2.5 = HR Warning & Write Up) - Moving up the ladder is difficult if you don't have inside friends -

      Business Outlook

      Pros

I had a great manager, he was easy to work with.

      Cons

The calls never stop, there’s really no help with calls. There’s an obligation to stay after your shift to complete the call queue and this can last from 30 mins to 2 hours depending on the day and season. It doesn’t seem like the company also cares about the product OR the contracts it places in front of their customers which leaves customer support to deal with the brunt of the issues from ALL departments. Which can be stressful.
