Pros
Impactful Work: It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the products we work on reach 200 million patients every day. If you care about making healthcare affordable, this is the place to be.
Benefits & Stability: The benefits package is solid, match and health insurance are competitive. Also, as a massive global company, there is a sense of stability that you don’t get at smaller biotechs.
Flexibility: In my experience, the company is quite supportive of work-life balance and offers decent flexibility for remote/hybrid work depending on your team.
Cons
Slow Decision-Making: Because it’s such a large organization, things move slowly. There’s a lot of "red tape" and multiple layers of approval for even small projects, which can be frustrating if you like to move fast.
Limited Growth Paths: Internal promotions don't always happen as quickly as I’d like. Sometimes it feels like you have to wait for someone to leave to move up, rather than being promoted based on performance alone.
Corporate Restructuring: Teva has been through a lot of changes recently. While it’s stabilizing, the frequent organizational shifts can create some uncertainty and a "wait and see" culture.
