Great benefits, great work/life balance. However, WFH policy is frustrating. Allowed 1 day per week but encouraged to be on-site due to office culture.
Cons
Management is terrible and there is no clear measure of success, Promotions make no sense and job titles are irrelevant.
Pay is competitive, bonus is sufficient, benefits are great, 25 PTO days plus company holidays, option to WFH one day per week depending on job responsibilities.
Cons
Management is incompetent, naive, and out of touch. Promotions are hard to come by regardless of experience. Measures of "success" to justify promotions are always changing. WFH days are often discouraged. Teva values workers on site.
