What is paid time off like at Texas Instruments?

Pros

The pay is great, lots of bonuses, and lots of PTO

Cons

They won't allow you to be fully remote and move despite a large group of jobs could be remote. Personally, my manager did a terrible job managing people and the job can be really stressful depending on your team.

Does Texas Instruments offer dental insurance?

Pros

Collaborative and relaxed work environment. Everyone is on a first-name basis. Flexible work schedule - great for parents. Pay and time bank are competitive. Benefits like donation match, adoption assistance, discounts, concierge, and 401K match are competitive, as well. Annual profit-sharing bonus is incredibly competitive and gives employees further ownership of their work. At TI, ethics are a priority, which makes me proud to work here.

Cons

Health insurance is lacking, but I suspect that owes to a majority of employees who would prefer lower premiums than good coverage and lower deductions. That's great for those who don't need to use their insurance much. Not so great for employees who do. The Health Savings Account does help offset this concern, though.
