The only true benefit of working a job like this is the consistent hours and room for overtime.

Firstly, your efforts and time put in will be largely unappreciated and ignored. Jobs such as these look for any reason to undervalue workers and take advantage of them.

The benefits are decent, with RRSP matching. The new building is also quite nice and bright, with a lunch room and gym. There are food trucks during the summer, which is fun.

There’s been a significant decline in atmosphere over the last couple years. New management bullies and belittles staff, and when this is reported, either nothing is done, or staff are punished for speaking up. The workload is also growing, but instead of hiring more staff, they cut teams down in order to make more of a profit. This leads to one person doing the job of three.

I can't find any. If I had another option I would be out! And I will be the minute I find something new.

Cheap company, limited to no benefits although they make like their are. The fine script is where the details are. Im not sure if those praising benefits have works for terrible companies before or are grandfather in employees and so their view is different. But no pension, no sick days, nothing. It's a place that going to fill you with despair because I've never felt more like a number in my life.
