    Interview

I applied at one location for sales and got hired at another location by the store manager for customer service. In my case there wasn't much of an interview which was easy but also striked me as odd. He hired me after looking over my resume and noted that I look strong. I agreed I was strong and he explained I would have to accept the truck and assemble furniture, lift boxes when needed.

Over all I think I applied about 4 or 5 times before I finally got a phone call, I went in and met with the store manager and sales manager, after my interview they thought I would be better suited for Customer Service to guarantee an hourly wage so I would be guaranteed to make money no matter what, after my interview with the manager and sales manager I went in for another interview with the customer service manager, after my interview I was told there were no current openings however as soon as a position opened up I would be the first person they called. a month went by and I got a call from the brick with a job offer

The hole time I was filling out the paper work the manager had left to go and chat with his staff. All the while I'm sitting there with a contract and lots of questions and no one to answer them.
