      Pros

The infrastructure teams are incredibly helpful. The frameworks and patterns are decided and simple.

      Cons

Leadership overcommits to feature work and wonders why there aren't metrics or alerts for when things break. Leadership does not involve teams in deciding priorities or capacity. Leadership undervalues team well-being and culture. Technical leadership dictates implementation of features without contributing to code reviews. Career growth is not well-defined. Team members are expected take on more responsibility and get nothing-pay adjustments, equity bonuses, promotions, etc-in return.
