      Pros

some of the colleagues were really friendly and competent

      Cons

HR is highly incompetent Legacy code, forget about good practices, here you will see ton of crap code when you need help for something, managers are like 'go and figure out yourself' 3 day at office requirement there are people who lack basic skills but they are now managers because they worked for the company 10+ years, I am sure if they go and apply to another company, they will not get even an internship when you start there, you really feel that you are just number for them
