Does UBS offer relocation assistance?

Pros

work life balance, culture, total benefit package, remote working capabilities, large corporation with international presence.

Cons

culture pockets, very divided across divisions, very slow to make change and legacy systems cause headaches and many issues and pose risk.

Advice to Management

Enhance divisional communication, training, and clear defined promotion process.

Does UBS offer dental insurance?

Pros

- good benefits such as healthcare, dental, etc - good credit, ie not going to go bankrupt any time soon - if you get put within a good team and within a decent asset class you can either learn yourself how to trade or get taught how to trade

Cons

- not quite as deep a bench as used to be - quite bureaucratic - big firms have a lot of senior people who have been there for years and at some stage made a huge contribution to the firm, but for the last 5 years havent done much and UBS is no exception

Advice to Management

- don't fire people by deactivating their entry cards. Especially not several hundred at the same time.

Pros

Very solid benefits, good maternity and paternity leave

Cons

As with most big banks, the tech is behind the norm.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the excess levels of management and compliance.
