I have learned a ton. If you have drive, you can do a lot at this company. Just don't expect to get promoted or get raises quickly, as they are slow to recognize high performers.

VF is a very nice and collaborative environment, welcoming and warm, with great WLB and generous benefits and policies. Great work ethics and focus on people development and career.

Business as been difficult with changes and reduction in HC but new leadership is ignating passion and we see the tide turning! At times too slow and "burocratic".

Tend to keep you for your same job. - Politics (HK group, Expat groups) at senior leadership - 3 day return to office policy reduced flexibility without clear role-based justification - Leaders are not savvy about technology or data - 1.6 months bonus, did not get bonus for 2 years straight until recently
